The cure for concrete's troubles

This is the second article by GHA Livigunn's Stewart Tennant published in Construction News, 30 October 2008.

"Despite what some may think, even modern high-strength concrete mixes need curing. Curing is the measure used to ensure that the immature concrete remains hydrated so that it can attain its required strength and density, has low permeability and good abrasion resistance."
