CDM Coordinator

GHA Livigunn provide the service of CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regs 2007. GHA Livigunn  are fully aware of the requirements of the CDM regulations and the duties of the Coordinator, including:
Providing assistance and advise to the Client throughout the various stages of the project, to ensure the Client fulfils his duties, including ensuring adequate management systems are in place.
Notifying the project to the HSE.
Ensure that arrangements are made for coordination of health and safety during planning and preparation for construction.
Preparing and updating the health and safety file.
To identify and collect pre-construction information and provide the relevant parts to designers and contractors.
