B.Sc. (Hons.) Engineering Science (Mechanical).
H.T.E.C. (HNC) Mechanical and Production Engineering.
O.N.D. Engineering.
Experience:
15+ years working in mechanical and production engineering in various industries.
- Plant Design
Mechanical engineering and managing a team of designers, to detail design process pipework for high capital value water treatment works projects. Liaising with process designers, installation contractors and end user clients, to ensure the design solution delivered satisfied customer requirements. Also managing internal resource and budgets to ensure completion both on time and within cost.
- Production Development / Project Management
Technically responsible for the development of a large production facility. Involvement in strategic development teams, and then to project manage and engineer the modifications and additions to the plant to ensure current and future production requirements were met.
- Mechanical Design
Many activities to develop plant and equipment, including problem solving, detail mechanical design, detail process design, control philosophy, commissioning, training, maintenance and production support.
